"Harry started unwrapping the shopping. Apart from The Standard Book of Spells, Grade 4, by Miranda Goshawk, he had a handful of new quills, a dozen rolls of parchment, and refills for his potion-making kit — he had been running low on spine of lionfish and essence of belladonna."

The Standard Book of Spells, Grade 4 was the fourth book in The Standard Book of Spells series, written by Miranda Goshawk.[1] It was published sometime in the 20th century.

Molly Weasley bought Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger's copies of this book in the summer of 1994.[1]
